Facility & Event Requests

Planning an event at Cary First? Whether it's a churchwide program, a small group gathering, or a private rental, the first step is submitting the correct request form. Each type of event has its own process - please review the options below to find the form that best fits your needs. 

Event Request Form

For: Church events that require registration (e.g., VBS, retreats, luncheons, etc.)


This form is used for official Cary First events that will be promoted churchwide and require participants to register. Event details — such as date, time, and location — should be confirmed with the church office before submitting this form.

Room Reservation Form

For: Church events that do not require registration (e.g., Bible studies, prayer meetings, Life Group gatherings, etc.)


Use this form to request a room or space within the church for smaller gatherings or ministry meetings. Please note that submitting this form is a request only — your reservation is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed by the church office.

Facility Usage Form

For: Non-church events (e.g., weddings, recitals, birthday parties, etc.)


This form is for both church members and outside organizations who wish to use our facilities for private or community events. Facility use involves rental and cleaning fees, and reservations are subject to availability and approval.
