Behold the Savior
Family Advent Guide
Few stories in Scripture are as captivating for all ages as the Christmas story. Over the next four weeks of your Joy to the World study, you’ll walk through this narrative and other key passages of the Bible that give you a better understanding of Jesus’s first Advent and His promise to come again. With this family devotional guide, we’ve made it easy for you to bring your family along with you on this Bible study journey.
Behold the Savior
For Women
Behold the Savior is an invitation to slow down and refocus our hearts on Jesus this Advent season, making space to receive the greatest gift of all. Through this 4-week study written by a team of women, you'll take a slow walk through the first two chapters of Luke verse by verse. You'll reflect on the significant people and events found in these chapters, celebrating the first Advent and looking forward to Jesus's return. You’ll learn to treasure and meditate on the wonder of the Christmas story and the glorious moment when heaven came to earth through the birth of Jesus our Savior.
Behold the Savior
For Men
Behold the Savior is an invitation to slow down and refocus on Jesus, allowing Him to transform your heart and mind during the season of Advent. Through this four-week study written by a team of men, you’ll read verse by verse through the first two chapters of Luke. As you reflect on the significant people and events in the Christmas story, you’ll not only celebrate the first Advent with greater joy but look forward to Jesus’s return with greater hope.

Waiting Here for You
Louie Giglio
A season overflowing with anticipation, Christmas comes the same time each year with great hope and the promise of a baby born long ago. But this season meant for joy is often consumed by busyness, pressure, mixed emotions, and is gone as quickly as it came. What is it all for?
Waiting Here For You helps us anticipate rather than dread the busy season of Advent and Christmas. In the journey of Advent—a season of expectant waiting and preparation—we find our answer. It's in the waiting that we prepare our hearts to meet December 25 with joy, peace, hope, and promise in our newborn King.

Because of Bethlehem
Max Lucado
Max Lucado loves Christmas. The carols and cookies, the decorations and favorite films, the warmth and generosity of the season. But most of all, he loves it because it’s during this time of year that people will wonder and inquire about the baby born in the manger. This little baby became the King on the cross. Christmas proclaims the truth of Easter to come.
Join with Max in this lively, heartwarming celebration of all things Christmas. Because of Bethlehem features stories both insightful and whimsical. On every page, Max’s words will encourage, captivate and inspire you, but most importantly, they’ll point you towards the One worth celebrating.
