Loading Events

A combination of cardio and strength exercises using dumbbells and bodyweight that will keep you on your toes! There’s no set format and every class is different. From intervals to sprints and strength exercises, your instructor, Meredith Taylor (an AFAA certified group fitness instructor), becomes a drill sergeant who’ll challenge you to reach new heights in your workouts. Class reservations close one hour before the start of each Tuesday night session. Recommended for high school age and above.
