Cary First Kids is committed to partnering with and equipping families to make God the center of their home. We believe that faith isn’t a subject to be mastered it’s a relationship to grow. Through our various programs and family events, we provide the tools to continue to grow a relationship with Jesus and each other. Join us on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings for safe, fun, and engaging group environments where we share relevant, biblical content that you can confidently build on at home.
Preschool (infants-rising Kindergarten)
Life Group starts at 9:00am with an engaging, biblical curriculum and committed leaders who are background checked and well-trained to guide children through our curriculum – Simply Loved. This program uses memorable, hands-on, friendship-focused activities and fun characters to guide children on a foundational, Jesus-centered journey through God’s story of love. They continue into an extended session during the 10:30am Worship service where leaders continue to build on our curriculum through songs, play, and age-appropriate Bible discovery. We want to make faith relevant to even our youngest children!
School-aged children have their own Life Group at 9:00am with content created just for them! Our Faithweaver Now curriculum guides children through the Bible in a fun and engaging way and is led by dedicated adult leaders who are committed to providing a safe environment for children to learn about God’s love. Kids Worship begins at 10:30am (September-June) and starts in the Sanctuary. Children participate in Worship in the Sanctuary and then head back to the Kids area to develop their growing relationship with God in a kid-friendly format. Our curriculum is KidsOwn Worship, which directly corresponds to the Faithweaver Now curriculum used during Life Group. Each week, children will come home with FamilyConnect – a way to incorporate Sunday’s lesson throughout the week!
Wednesday Evenings (September-November & January-April)
Wednesday evenings are fun for the whole family! Preschool (infants-rising Kindergarten) focuses on age-appropriate missions activities, including games, crafts, and Bible memory verses. Children in K-5 build on our Sunday mornings through high-energy games, bible drills, and mission opportunities that bring the Gospel to life for each child.
We invite parents to participate in the various adult programs going on throughout the building or help with different family mission projects we will have going on each month.
